| The conductor’s responsibility is great. He has to perform accurately the coach will and his philosophy. He times the team, from the rolling "allegro", when it is time of running, until the "adagio" if the game requires having a cold head. He must order and have the players under control, allowing the entrance to that one having more "rhythm", and even risking his neck in a venturesome solo. |
